You or your family member’s health is paramount to you, your family, and to the team at Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon. We offer a wide array of assistance with daily needs, including assistance with:
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Showering or bathing
- Dressing and clothing selection
- Socialization and activities
- Medication scheduling
- Mobility and transferring
- Monitoring of safety
- Assistance with meals
- Assistance with toileting
Upon your arrival, we'll consult with you and/or your family member and plan together for your/their personalized care. Each resident is assigned an experienced case manager dedicated to coordinating their services and care.
For people with Alzheimer’s Disease or other dementia-related disorders, Residential Plaza offers a safe and secure self-contained environment with varying levels of care through its Memory Care Program.
In addition to our facility’s modern life safety features, our Memory Care residents benefit from a more structured setting to manage the risks associated with serious memory losses, impaired judgment, and behavioral concerns. With 24-hour supervision, our trained and caring staff will help facilitate a safe and comfortable environment free from any stressors or confusion.

Our staff is trained to maximize each person’s abilities, ensuring them privacy, dignity, and choice. We encourage families and friends’ involvement in the care planning process to ensure that their loved ones receive the appropriate level of service and attention they need at all times.
Respite Care at Residential Plaza gives families and caregivers a break from caring for an individual with special needs. If you are caring for an aging loved one and need temporary assistance, consider a short-term stay at Residential Plaza.
Our short-term stays are perfect when family members are away on a vacation or business trip or require a short break from caring for the senior in their life. Respite care is also an option for seniors needing extra assistance after a hospital visit or during an illness. Many of our permanent residents also begin their residency with us by evaluating our community through short-term stays.
Our Respite Care program is based on space availability and the guest's ability to meet Residential Plaza’s admissions criteria. Please
