You or your family member’s health is paramount to you, your family, and to the team at Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon. We offer a wide array of assistance with daily needs, including assistance with:
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Showering or bathing
- Dressing and clothing selection
- Socialization and activities
- Medication scheduling
- Mobility and transferring
- Monitoring of safety
- Assistance with meals
- Assistance with toileting
Upon your arrival, we’ll consult with you and/or your family member and plan together for your/their personalized care. Each resident is assigned an experienced case manager dedicated to coordinating their services and care.
Respite Care at Residential Plaza gives families and caregivers a break from caring for an individual with special needs. If you are caring for an aging loved one and need temporary assistance, consider a short-term stay at Residential Plaza.
Our short-term stays are perfect when family members are away on a vacation or business trip or require a short break from caring for the senior in their life. Respite care is also an option for seniors needing extra assistance after a hospital visit or during an illness. Many of our permanent residents also begin their residency with us by evaluating our community through short-term stays.
