All services are reviewed within 15 days of the admission date; service levels may vary per case evaluation. This community is not a nursing home; it does not hold a license to provide 24-hour nursing services.

Floor Plans

Residents have a choice between three floor plans, including the Gardenia Suite, Hibiscus Suite, and the Poinciana Suite. Room assignments are based on individual needs and preferences of the residents as well as availability.

Charming Accomodations

Residential Plaza offers residents accommodations with sweeping city and lagoon views and private terraces. Each room is air-conditioned and has its own locks, as well as access to telephone and cable television. Residents may also incorporate their own furnishings into their living spaces, maintaining the familiarity of their prior home. All rooms are near recreation and laundry areas.

Delicious Dining

The dining facility at Residential Plaza accommodates all residents and their specific nutritional requirements. Three meals and two snacks are prepared onsite daily by our dedicated dietary staff and are supervised by certified nutritionists.
