For 35 years, Residential Plaza has been a home to older adults in need. Now, as we mark this milestone, we are launching a $100,000 fundraising campaign to complete the rehabilitation of our first floor, creating a safer, more welcoming environment for our residents and their families.

In preparation for the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season (June 1–November 30), we have reviewed and updated our emergency plans, including the Hurricane Preparedness Plan. These plans are in full compliance with local and state guidelines and prioritize the safety, needs, and well-being of all our residents.

Assisted Living Services
Our Assisted Living offers a home with personal care services, amenities, and wellness programs that provide our residents the opportunity to stay socially active and maintain their independence.
Our commitment to person-centered care values the uniqueness of each person, promotes engagement and provides a sense of purpose.
Memory Care
Program
Purpose: To provide an affordable 24-hour specialized care, based on the Montessori for Aging and Dementia Program, in a home-like environment for adults with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia-related disorders.
Our residents enjoy living in a home-like environment, surrounded by a safe and caring atmosphere; our personalized approach helps our residents to stay physically and socially engaged, improving their confidence and self-esteem.
Short-term Care Program
The Short-Term Care Program offers support to families and caregivers who are caring for an individual with special needs at home.
Our short-term stays are perfect when family members and caregivers are away on a vacation, business trips, require a short break or if your loved one needs extra assistance after a hospital visit or during an illness.

PARTNERSHIPS
Our Partnerships support the philosophy and service program at Residential Plaza at Blue Lagoon. The Externship Program develops a multi-skill patient care service in a long-term care setting. All participating students gain actual on the job experience implementing the skills they have obtained.
Our Research partnerships bring care and services to our residents with a clinical objective in different identified areas where the residents benefit from a diverse and innovative approach.
