The In- Memoriam Wall is a resource that has brought comfort to many families; the comfort comes from the possibility of having a permanent memory of your loved one, the relationships they have formed with the Staff, and other families whose loved one’s names are also listed.
One-time gift: $250
The family must provide the following information to be included in the plaque:
-A high resolution photo (5X7)
-A phrase or quote.
